 Hey there! Multifamily housing near a river sounds like a really cool project! I've seen some impressive designs that incorporate curves to complement the natural flow of the water. It almost makes me want to fire up my modeling software and play around with some ideas. Speaking of creative designs, did you ever see Crazy Cattle 3D?
